Full length: pale blue formal shirt worn untucked, mid-wash jeans, boat shoes, short unshaped hair
Now
The same man: textured cut, short boxed beard, olive overshirt open over a white tee, dark jeans, white sneakers
Your plan

An example analysis. The second image is a preview built from the same photo.

  • Built on one written method, not trends
  • Your photos are yours — never posted, never shared
  • Works with the clothes you already own

Sound familiar?

  • “It looked good on the mannequin and wrong on me.”
  • “I've had the same haircut since college.”
  • “Every wedding, I panic two days before.”
  • “I own eight shirts and wear the same two.”

Most men dress like this. Nothing is wrong, but nothing is working either. Nobody ever told you what your face shape, your skin tone and your build actually ask for — and that's a solvable problem.

Inside a plan

One example analysis, step by step — what comes back from three photos.

Head and shoulders, starting point, with the face shape and jaw line marked
The read

Oval face · high cheekbones · jaw narrower than the cheeks · dusky, warm skin · near-black hair · lean, straight frame.

Every recommendation after this traces back to one of these. Near-black hair against dusky skin makes him medium-high contrast.

An example analysis. Images are previews built from the starting photo.

Scissor-over-comb sides, #3 guard minimum, no skin fade. Top 5–6 cm, point-cut for texture. Matte paste, pushed back loosely. Beard: cheeks ~3 mm, jaw and chin 6–9 mm, low straight cheek line.

Also inside: glasses and brow shapes, which of your current clothes still work, and a shopping list you can fill at any budget.

Three steps. No appointments.

Different face, different plan

Two more example analyses. Nothing here is one-size-fits-all.

Example analysis
A man with a grown-out one-length cut and an untrimmed beard
Now
The same man with height on top, a squared beard line and a deep blue shirt
Your plan

Round face · warm medium skin · thick straight black hair · high contrast · stocky build

Hair
Mid taper with 3–4 cm left on top, textured and swept up.
Height on top lengthens a round face; flat, even length widens it.
Beard
Keep the beard short and square the jaw line. Soften the cheek line.
A squared jaw adds the angle a round face is missing.
Colours
Deep blue, bottle green, rust, off-white. Retire pale grey and beige near the face.
Your colouring is high contrast — pale neutrals sit at the same depth as your skin and flatten you.
Fit
Collared shirt, regular fit, untucked at mid-hip. Straight trousers with a clean break.
A straight line from shoulder to hem reads taller than a shirt that clings or billows.
Example analysis
A slim man in an oversized t-shirt and loose jeans
Now
The same man in a fitted olive overshirt over a white tee, with a shorter crop
Your plan

Long face · olive skin · fine wavy hair · medium contrast · slim build

Hair
Crop with a fringe, kept short on top, some weight left at the sides.
Height on a long face stretches it further; a fringe shortens the forehead.
Colours
Olive, terracotta, cream, denim blue. Go easy on cool greys and black near the face.
Olive skin warms up next to earth tones and goes sallow next to cool greys.
Fit
An overshirt or a light jacket worn open, over a plain tee. Regular, not oversized.
A layer adds width across the shoulders; oversized clothes only make a slim frame look smaller.
Shoes
Low-profile leather sneakers or loafers in brown, matched to the belt.
A clean, low shoe keeps the leg line unbroken.

Example analyses. The second image in each pair is a preview built from the first photo.

Pay once. Keep it forever.

A session with a personal stylist in a metro starts around ₹8,000 and needs a Saturday. This is one payment, from your phone.

The method

Kira

The stylist this is named for

Kira is a written method, not a mood board: a rulebook for face shape, undertone, contrast and proportion that says what to do and why, in plain language. Your photos run through that same rulebook. No one else sees them.

Your questions, answered.

Is a person looking at my photos, or is this AI?

It's AI, running Kira's written method. Nobody sits and reviews your photos, which is also why it costs ₹2,000 instead of ₹8,000 and arrives in minutes instead of a week.

What photos do I need?

Three, taken on your phone after payment: face from the front, face from the side, and one full-length shot. Daylight, no filter. There's a guide on the screen, and you can retake any of them.

Do I have to buy a new wardrobe?

No. The plan starts with what you already own — what still works, what to stop wearing near your face, and how to wear the rest. The shopping list is short and you can fill it at any budget.

What if I don't like the haircut?

You get three, from easy to bold, with our pick marked and the reasoning for each. You choose. The barber card is written so you can hand it over without explaining anything.

Does this work if I'm short, or heavier than I'd like?

Yes. Proportion is most of the method. The plan works with the build you have today — lengths, fits and hems that suit it — not the one you're planning to have.

What happens to my photos?

They're used for your analysis and nothing else. They are never posted, never shared, and never used to sell anything to anyone.

Same you. Same budget.
Just what works on you.

You don't change who you are. You learn what works for you. Three photos today, your plan in minutes.
